Back to Pic du Midi: CLIMSO Coronagraph, Here I Come!

After an incredible week at Pic du Midi for the ASCOM pilot mission on the T60, alongside Olivier (my mission lead), we’re finally back on solid ground. We put in a ton of work during that week, but we also made sure to “live the Pic” experience and forge new friendships. The site is truly magical, and my new Canon 550D certainly didn’t sit idle, capturing over 7000 images in just one week!

Great news, I’m heading back to the Pic in less than a month as an Associate Observer (O.A.). So I’ll get to play around with the CLIMSO coronagraph – how cool is that?! I’ve been dreaming about this for a while, and it’s about to become a reality. 2011 is truly shaping up to be an amazing year…
