Lunatico: You Nailed It!

My AAG Cloudwatcher bit the dust, but Lunatico’s support was stellar!

I’m writing this post to give a huge shout-out to Lunatico… After over a year of faithful service, the integrated rain sensor in my AAG Cloudwatcher cloud detector finally gave up the ghost!

Determined to fix it myself, I reached out to both AAGWare and Lunatico (the Cloudwatcher’s manufacturer and reseller). They responded incredibly fast, providing a potential solution to the problem… except, well, that solution didn’t quite work in my specific case.

After a few more email exchanges, they simply offered to send me a brand new unit, completely free of charge! I didn’t pay a single cent – no shipping fees, no service fees, and they even let me keep the old model at their request!!! I should mention, my purchase was no longer under warranty!

I received the new Cloudwatcher just a few days later, exactly as promised. It’s now installed and working perfectly. The new version is significantly lighter than the old one (it’s no longer filled with resin) and features vents on the back.

So, a massive thank you to both companies for the outstanding quality of their after-sales service! Truly impressed.
