My Weather Station’s Grand Retirement (and its Shiny New Replacement!)

After a solid seven years of faithful service, my beloved weather station finally bit the dust! For a while now, it had been struggling to connect to its sensors, even after multiple battery replacements. So, without a moment’s hesitation, I ordered its successor: an Oregon WMR88. This new weather station comes packed with several sensors: an anemometer, a rain gauge, and a thermo-hygrometer. Plus, it’s expandable with other probes, like a UV detector – pretty neat! Here’s hoping it lasts at least as long as its predecessor.
