Observatory Facelift: Time for a Fresh Coat of Paint!

A Fresh Coat of Paint for the Observatory!

My dad and I recently wrapped up the observatory’s fresh new paint job! The walls and pillars are now sporting lovely pastel yellow hues. We went with a lime-based paint, which will naturally soften and fade a bit over time for a more organic feel. I’m already absolutely loving the result… Stars, prepare for some serious imaging!
