Getting an Eye on My Remote Observatory!

I’ve just finished installing a webcam for the initial remote control tests of the observatory. My next task? Adding remote light control, because let’s be honest, this camera sees absolutely nothing in the dark! Once everything is fully remote-controllable (we’re talking new mount installed, motorized observatory roof, and all the bells and whistles), this webcam will be my trusty eye, allowing me to verify that everything’s running normally inside the observatory, just as if I were right there!
