My Takahashi FS60-CB: The End of an Era (Sold!)

Selling My Beloved Tak FS60-CB

Hey everyone! It’s time for a bit of an announcement. I’m putting my fantastic Takahashi FS60-CB refractor up for sale. This little beauty is an FS60-C that’s been converted to a CB configuration, sporting the shorter 127mm tube instead of the standard 145mm (I actually acquired it this way, so no 145mm tube to include).

She’s in absolutely pristine condition, both cosmetically and functionally. Seriously, she’s never even left the observatory – a true pampered astro-pet!

This isn’t just the scope, though. I’m bundling it with some really useful goodies:

  • A sturdy rotating collar (essential for framing those perfect shots!).
  • A complete set of extension tubes for visual observing.
  • The super handy 0.72x reducer, perfect for wide-field imaging.
  • M42 and M48 rings to get you set up for photography right behind that reducer.
  • And for those who love automated focusing, I’m including a support plate for a focuser motor. Don’t worry, if you prefer the tactile feel of manual focusing, it’s super easy to swap back – the original manual focuser knob is, of course, also part of the package!

I’m offering this entire package for 1200€, and yes, that includes shipping! If you’re in the Montpellier area, you’re welcome to come and see it in person!
